To reserve your spot, a deposit is required immediately for every package. For reservations, a valid ID (Driver’s license / Passport or Passport card) is required (front and back picture). Black Octopus Tours does NOT share customer’s information. We always try to offer breath-taking experiences, but in case of adverse weather, only 48 hours prior, we reschedule another trip without extra charge. A 50% of the deposit is refunded ONLY if, on the day of the trip, the captain deems it high-risk due to unfavorable weather forecasts. Weather in Puerto Rico is quite unpredictable, keep in mind cancellations due to weather only happen when guests and captain are on-site.

Please be advised that in our trips we may take photos, videos and/or record audios for marketing purposes. Black Octopus Tours is not responsible for the reproduction or sharing of art content beyond our platforms. Moreover, in case of stolen or lost items, we are not liable. 

Always arrive 10 minutes early than departure time for captain's briefing. Failure to arrive on time results in additional charge. Black Octopus Tours reserves the right of admission.
